When considering the marketing and advertising of your listings, remember that image is everything. With the season fading, time’s running out to get them photographed in their best light.
The color has peaked and is now on the down turn.... Soon the trees will be barren and the grasses and flowers will be turning brown. What this does mean is that with Fall brings amazing light, bright colors and crisp blue skies..... Which makes for great photo ops! But you better get it while it's good, time's quickly slipping by!
