- Kristofer Ceretto is an Associate Broker at the Devonshire Company. Since deciding to make real estate his career profession he has taken the industry by storm. By being able to provide clients with a full service one stop shop approach, makes the experience more efficient and pleasant.
Starting as an assistant to a top producing Broker in Colorado gave Kristofer the insight and knowledge to take Real Estate by force and be successful in a struggling market. Previously a listing agent on a $30 million project in Cherry Creek his team sold over 50% in less than a year.
A native to Colorado, Ceretto attended University of Colorado at Denver where he studied computer information systems. He is also actively involved with the Denver community and currently serves on several charity boards.
