- Some of you may know that over the past two years I have been active in the real estate business; others may know me from being “out and about” and retired from the military...figured it was time to get back into the working world and utilize my talents.
My career in real estate started off with a bang and has been very successful for the short time I have been active real estate. I am not your typical real estate agent partly because I bring a broad breadth of knowledge from my own personal experience in buying and selling real estate and that I bring over 30 years experience and success in business and the military.
I started off by working for a small boutique real estate company and was recently recruited by “The Devonshire Company” a Colorado tradition in real estate business that has been around for over 30 years. I am excited about being with “The Devonshire Company” and looking forward to doing more great things.
Over the years I have met a lot of great people and have made a lot of friends and business contacts. For those friends and business contacts that had confidence in me to allow me the chance to represent them as their real estate agent, I want to thank you! For those who have not given me the opportunity all I ask for is a chance to interview with you. I specialize in both Commercial properties and Residential home sales and have a proven track record in both.
As we all know, to be successful in business you need to be doing those things that differentiate from others and more importantly you need help from others. I believe that if you treat people with respect, compassion, and kindness that they will try to do the same for you.
In the real estate business we rely on referrals and for those that are willing to help me I promise to do the same for you. The types of referrals I need are:
